The lens surface of several curvatures can be machined
K-GFK70£¨Abrasion 620£©¡¢K-CAFK95£¨Abrasion 375£©¡¢E-FKH1£¨Abrasion 450£©etc materials could be made in bulk.
The production line includes Classical Polishing¡¢polished slice High Efficiency polishing¡¢BOTTOM and TOP High Efficiency polishing¡¢polydisk polishing.
Coating
We own the Costar Coating Machine ZZS800 which is the first of such machine in China.
It has the following advantages compared with other machines:
?Coating environment tolerance level is higher than regular sputter coating machine
?Density of the coating is much more than regular coating
?It could easily achieve processing with central refractive index
?High precision control with 4th Generation Optical Control (opm1) + Crystal Control
?5th Generation High-Power Radio Frequency Ion Source
?Special coating process allows coating thickness to reach 8nm stably
